Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and attract a diverse pool of temporary workers through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events;
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for our projects;
  • Collaborate closely with our managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
  • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified temporary workers, fostering relationships with potential candidates;
  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate selection, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards;
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and clients regarding assignment details, schedules, and job expectations;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally;
  • Manage the onboarding process for temporary workers, including paperwork completion, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into their assignments;
  • Oversee the off-boarding process, conducting exit interviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining positive relationships with both temporary workers and clients;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in temporary workforce recruitment.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on temporary workforce recruitment;
  • Strong understanding of the temporary staffing industry, including sourcing strategies, compliance, and candidate management;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems;
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
